DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% of the total value of the route selected by person is required to confirm a reserve. The final payment must when coming out be made 15 days previous.

CANCELLATIONS

All the requests of cancellation will have to be sent in writing.

The cancellations received 15 days before the indicated date will be refunded totally, less 15% by person for administrative expenses.

The cancellations received within the 14 previous days when coming out, including the day of exit, will not be reimbursed. If the cancellation happens when coming out within the 14 previous days and the total payment not yet had been received, the cancellation penalty will be applicable anyway and all the payments will have to be carried out immediately.

Patagonia B reserves the right to cancel anyone of the trips previous to its exit, in which case the payment made by the passenger without no class of obligation on the part of the company will be refunded.

ITINERARIES

It is possible that the itineraries are subject in return due to meteorological conditionses or to any other reason outside our reach, without previous warning, and without the passengers can demand indemnification some.

The company strongly recommends the hiring of an insurance including medical evacuation, repatriation, and cancellation of trip. Patagonia B does not become person in charge by any wound, accident or death of the passenger, nor by losses or damages of its properties.

In case medical problems arise during the trip; that they generated evacuation costs, the responsibility of the payment of these services is exclusive of the passenger and Patagonia B even refuses all responsibility - if it were not covered by a trip insurance -.

CONTRACT OF SERVICES

The passenger will have to sign a contract of services, that implies the agreement of all the terms and conditions relative to tour or route to make. The acceptance of voucher on the part of the passenger, also it implies the acceptance of all the terms and conditions relative to tour or route to make.
